1. Bike Color - Choose the bike color or colors (2) in the case of a Two-Tone bike. Chose the Two-Tone pattern option.

2. Seat Style / Color - Choose the seat style. Standard dual seat style is a Driver and Passenger seat. Optional is the full size "one-piece" bench seat. Available in black or dark brown. See the Ordering Options for a picture of both styles.

3. Hand Grips Color - Choose the color of the hand grips. Black is standard. Also available are White (not recommended since it shows dirt easily) or Red.

4. Hand Levers - Standard Hand Levers are the silver alloy stiletto. You can also have the larger black plastic coated versions if you ask for it. See the Ordering Options for a picture of both.

5. Spare Tire Mounting - The spare tire will be mounted on the front legshield unless you order a Front Glove Box in which case it will be mounted on the back behind the buddy seat with a special bracket made by us and painted the same primary color as the bike. Front Glove Box required for all bikes ordered with Electric Start option. You may choose to have the spare tire mounted on the rear even if you do not order the front glove box. Indicate "mount spare on rear" with your order when not ordering a front glove box. This option is not available if you order the full size "one-piece" bench seat. See the Ordering Options for a picture of both.

General Delivery Information

Shipping - Custom Orders will be shipped directly to you by Ground. Call shipper directly for status checks. Ground delivery will take 5 to 7 days. Please specify if a "residential delivery" is needed since that will require a delivery truck with a lift gate.

Crate Dimensions / Weight - Each crate is 72 x 49 x 26 inches. Each crate will weigh about 400 pounds (200+ for the scooter alone) and is dependent on the model selected and all the options ordered. More Stainless Steel options will add more weight. Since shipping costs are based primarily on dimension weight and since we control that overall dimension the cost is usually constant.

Shipping Rate - For standard ground delivery on "in-stock" inventory it may cost $400 which includes a lift gate for residential delivery. Airport Express DIRECT is only available if you have an account with ForwardAir and "pre-pay" shipping with them. Add $80 for delivery to SFO - ForwardAir. Check here to see if your city is listed as one offered for ForwardAir delivery. You will be required to pick it up at the airport facility near your city.

Payment - We will require full payment on all Custom Orders and a $1,000 down to secure any "in-stock" bikes to hold for 2 weeks. Full payment required prior to delivery. We now collect all shipping fees up front.

Delivery - Ground deliveries will be "Point-To-Point" and will include a "lift gate" only if you specify a "residential" delivery otherwise you will need to have a dock for receiving forklift items. ForwardAir deliveries will require the customer to pick up the crate at their local airport. Must be an airport serviced by ForwardAir. Check here.
